Job summary

A leading flavors supplier in East Java is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage raw materials and packaging procurement. You will be responsible for sourcing vendors, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring documentation is complete. Candidates should have a degree in Supply Chain Management and experience in the cigarette industry, as well as proficiency in English. This role is based in Mojokerto.

Qualifications

• Good proficiency in Business English.
• Understanding of raw materials used in the cigarette industry.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

• Source raw material and packaging vendors.
• Request quotes and samples of required raw materials.
• Create purchase orders.
• Monitor the delivery process.
• Receive invoices and tax invoices.

• Network of vendors related to raw materials and packaging in the cigarette industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java
