Job description

You’ll be the logistics maestro who keeps KMC’s supply chain moving. This person ensures all materials and packaging are procured efficiently, cost-effectively, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

Core Procurement Operations

Operate and manage purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accurate entries, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Place orders with KMC’s network of factories and local suppliers.

Track order confirmations, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.

Maintain accurate PO documentation and reporting dashboards.

Import & Compliance

Manage import processes, including clearance with customs and documentation (SNP/PIB, invoices, SPPB etc.).

Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and tax requirements.

Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Source and evaluate packaging suppliers (local & international).

Negotiate price, terms, and delivery commitments.

Manage supplier contracts and SLAs.

Cost Optimization + Reporting

Identify procurement savings opportunities.

Provide weekly/monthly reporting on spend, delivery status, and supplier KPIs.

Support demand forecasting and inventory planning together with operations teams.

Skills & Experience

2–5 years procurement experience (manufacturing / logistics / supply chain preferred).

Proficient in SAP or ERP procurement modules.

Knowledge of Indonesian import regulations.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice-to-have

Experience with packaging supply chain.
