Job description

Responsibilities

• Reduce cost of raw materials while maintaining the same quality or improving product performance.
• Create proper trial reports.
• Deliver trial results to customers (production, QC) and ensure trials are fully proven.
• Work with the team to optimize raw material usage from incoming processes, machines, and stock taking, analyze losses and implement corrective action.
• Interpret production results and establish relationships between results and process parameters to optimize process parameters to the maximum.
• Perform standard acceptance criteria of product specification, processes, and quality for all products.
• Organize or participate in process training in the factory.
• Standardize all process changes into new work plans.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a PMA environment.
• Excellent English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
• Chemical analysis and calibration knowledge.
• Willingness to work in Gresik.
