Responsibilities

• Review Technical Documents
• Certify Navision BOM against Customer BOM
• Manage CP, PFMEA, ECN, DRN, ECR processes
• Oversee creation of MAI related to projects
• Define & validate Process/Method
• Define OFE, Paste Measurement Location
• Design & validate Tooling and Packaging
• Create Engineering profile matrix
• Develop strain gage test plans
• Respond to PCB EQ inquiries
• Prepare reports (Build report, PPAP, Evaluation/Validation, etc.)
• Implement process improvements, validation, and evaluation
• Conduct 5 Why Analysis and Process Mapping
• Manage NPI to Mass Production hand-over
• Drive Yield Improvement initiatives

• Report quality problems or defects for corrective actions
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• S1 degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines
