The position

This is an exciting time to join Remote as a Global Payroll Business Operations Specialist, part of our Payroll team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding payroll services to employees and customers.

How we work

Job responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand payroll needs and provide recommendations on payroll solutions in collaboration with Product and Development teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify payroll process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Assist with the implementation of new payroll processes and technology solutions.
  • Manage special projects from ideation to execution, including requirements gathering, design, build, measurement, and iteration.
  • Develop, implement and maintain documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy across organizational documentation.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to quantify impact and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Be able to move from scount to scale and initiate initiatives.
  • Fluent English writing and speaking. Remote experience is a plus but not required.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $88,400 - $99,450 USD. Actual pay depends on location, skills, experience, and business needs, and may change over time.

Note: internal moves may be reviewed by Total Rewards on a case-by-case basis.
