Partnership Manager - Investor Relations
We’re looking for a Partnership Manager – Investor Relations to join our team at PT. TUNGGAL KASIH KEKUATAN, based in Jakarta. This contract-based role is critical in helping us scale from 10 to 200 wellness outlets by identifying and securing strategic investors across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. You’ll work closely with the founders and business development team to pitch, close, and maintain partnerships that fuel the expansion of our rapidly growing brand ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing strategic plans to identify, approach, and secure new investors and strategic partners
- Building strong, long-term relationships with high-value stakeholders, VCs, angel investors, and institutions
- Preparing and delivering world-class investment decks, proposals, and partnership pitches
- Working closely with the CEO, sales, and marketing teams to craft persuasive value propositions and close deals
- Staying informed on investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor activity to leverage every opportunity
- Tracking and reporting KPIs related to pipeline, conversion rates, and deal value
- Commission-driven execution: closing deals is your KPI, and every win directly impacts your take-home pay
- Representing the company at networking events, investor forums, and relevant industry gatherings
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in business development, investor relations, or partnership strategy
- A proven network of potential investors, funders, or business partners is a strong advantage
- You thrive on results, pressure, and closing deals—with numbers to back it up
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable pitching to senior-level decision-makers
- Deep understanding of deal flow, negotiation dynamics, and partnership structuring
- Self-starter with excellent planning, pipeline management, and follow-through
- Familiarity with wellness, fitness, or lifestyle industries is a plus
