Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business in freight forwarding and logistics.

• Provide tailored logistics solutions (air, sea, land, warehousing).
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts per company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents for smooth operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales strategy.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• High conversational English or above.
• Min. 3 years of Outer Sales experience in Freight Forwarding (Air/Ocean), Shipping, or Export-Import industry.
• Strong sales hunter mindset with proactive approach to business development.
