Responsibilities

Support Security Manager in Weigh Bridge operations

Conduct the control function in Weigh Bridge operations

Maintain close coordination with Front Line Managers, gate clerk and main gate, Security Supervisor and CCTV Operator in raising concerns over control failure and non-compliance

Initiate and raise stationary demand to Security Manager well before time once stationary is at 33% stock

Maintain record of all controlled documents

Carry out handing / taking during shift with clarity and consultation with main gate and gate 2

In consultation with electrical engineering team, ensure that calibration of weigh bridge as per timelines

Carry out weight for loaded & unloaded potato vehicles, waste and scrap loaded & empty vehicles, LPG gas load and empty vehicle, nitrogen gas load and empty vehicles , Diesel Oil load and empty vehicles, and others

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in weigh bridge administrative and technical aspects
• Strong knowledge of using weigh bridge software
• Strong computer skills, business knowledge, and efficient communication skills
