Job summary

  • Service monitoring and administration

  • Control and evaluation of work performance, monitoring of unit downtime, service response time, customer satisfaction
  • Creating improvement SOPs and compliance with inter‑departmental coordination
  • Coordination of spare parts and operational support by the branch's needs
  • Key Account communication with customers and principals
  • Warehouse and inventory analysis and management
