Overview
- Create reports and analyses of performance and root causes related to operational activities for relevant work units.
- Evaluate business processes in the work unit to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update operational procedures according to company business processes.
- Review and update the operating plan and spaghetti chart according to actual operational processes.
- Provide proposed solutions to the operational team for findings related to service failures based on best practices.
- Coordinate with the user regarding the improvement project and cost-saving project.
- Conduct regular reporting on unit performance achievement to the direct superior.
- Monitor corrective and preventive action statements carried out by the operational team.
- Monitor and evaluate the internal audit process for the work unit, ensuring that each individual carries out their job functions in accordance with the division’s strategy.
- Coordinate weekly meeting with all operational teams in each area.
- Monitor and evaluate operational work processes in accordance with HSE planning and standards applicable in the company.
- Work with a team from various divisions to analyze and fix problems that arise during service delivery.
Qualifications
