Job summary

A leading Indonesian company is seeking a Modern Outlet Coordinator in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta. The ideal candidate will conduct market surveys, support in-store programs, and supervise a team to achieve sales targets. To ensure effective execution of sales, merchandising, and promotional strategies in modern outlets, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and ensuring product visibility, availability, and brand standards.

Job Description :

Conduct market surveys & competitor analysis of modern outlets to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Support the execution of in-store programs and monitor their effectiveness.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.

Ensure sales targets are achieved in assigned modern outlets.

Supervise and coach a team, providing guidance and support to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university with a GPA > 3.2, preferably in Technical Majors.

Minimum 2 years experience as Modern Outlet Coordinator or related field.

Proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Skilled in mentoring, delegating tasks, and driving team performance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications is a must.

Fluency in English is a plus.

Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
