Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient garment production and timely delivery.
2. Monitor and manage production timelines to meet client requirements.
3. Oversee order progress with production, QA/QC, and planning teams to meet delivery deadlines.
4. Track production status and coordinate shipments with correct documentation.
5. Maintain accurate records of samples, approvals, order statuses, and communications.
6. Conduct regular quality checks and address concerns promptly.
7. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Garment Merchandiser, with proficiency in managing production processes.
• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the garment industry.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, for effective communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email.
• Familiarity with Shopify and AI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative team approach.
