Ederma Clinic is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join as SPV Marketing at a leading aesthetic clinic. This position is available in Semarang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase branch sales through effective marketing strategies.
• Manage and develop the marketing team (Beauty Consultants).
• Coordinate with the head office and other branches to ensure alignment of strategies.
• Enhance the brand awareness of Ederma Clinic in the assigned region.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, healthcare, retail, or service industry.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a small team.
• Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, creative, innovative, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Passion for beauty and aesthetics.
