Marketing Manager for New Business (Mandarin Speaker) - Food

Our client is a Food company. Currently, they are looking for Marketing Manager for New Business (Mandarin Speaker).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans to closely align with the company’s business goals.
  • Examine market trends, customer demands, and competitor actions to develop innovative and forward-thinking marketing approaches.
  • Direct and coordinate promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives to strengthen brand presence and increase market share.
  • Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities, assessing their effectiveness and making improvements as needed.
  • Guide the team in designing and producing various promotional materials, including content, advertising scripts, digital media, and other marketing collateral.
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with media outlets, advertising firms, PR agencies, and other external collaborators, while efficiently managing budgets and resources.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
  • High Conversational Mandarin level proficiency and Conversational English proficiency.
  • Min. 6 years of experience as Marketing for FMCG (Food), especially in launching new brands with deep knowledge of marketing planning and promotional strategies across multiple channels.
  • Proficient in data analysis, market awareness, and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proven track record in project management and leading teams.
