About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. MJN'. In this contract position, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing offline strategies that drive brand awareness and growth for our company. Based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, this role is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services

Manage and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels

Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision‑making

Oversee and optimise the company's digital marketing presence, including website, social media and online advertising

Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity and messaging

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest marketing best practices and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Pemasaran & Komunikasi industry

Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and online advertising

Experience in developing and implementing successful brand‑building campaigns
