Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience as a Brand in a related industry (building material & home appliance).
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills with a creative mindset.
- Solid project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience in product launches and brand partnerships is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Define brand positioning, target audience, and brand messaging to ensure consistent and compelling brand communication.
- Establish and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity, including brand guidelines, visual assets, tone of voice, and brand personality.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including website, social media, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Use insights to develop and refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, aligning with brand strategy and communicating value propositions.
- Identify and collaborate with strategic brand partners and influencers to expand reach and create brand experiences.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer sentiment, and sales data, using data‑driven insights for optimization.
