Overview

POSA PROPERTY GROUP is a group of Indonesian property companies, focused on ownership and management of shopping centers/malls. With support from professional experts and qualified resources, we have solid experience in developing and managing malls. Our currently developing Malls: Ambon City Center (ACC), Ponorogo City Center (PCC), and Tanjungpinang City Center (TCC), are continuously growing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an extensive network, especially with event organizers and communities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Develop budgets for marketing campaigns and recommend spending levels to management.
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products or services, working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Create marketing communication strategies to improve the company’s reputation and visibility.
• Arrange and monitor income from marketing communication, such as sponsorships and advertising tools in the mall.
• Build strong networks with promotion/advertising vendors, event organizers and other related parties to hold big events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Communication, or related fields from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
• Experience: minimum 3 years as Marketing/Marcomm Associate/Event, Promotion, & Sponsorship for a mall or in related fields in a shopping center/mall.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (Canva).
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team, provide direction, and resolve issues during events.
• Extensive network, especially with event organizers and communities.
• Able to take decisive decisions and offer creative problem solving.
• Willing to travel.
