About the role
Join the dynamic team at KSF' as a Manager QSR. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple quick service restaurant locations in South Jakarta. Your strategic leadership and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in driving the success of our growing retail business.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple quick service restaurant locations, ensuring efficient and profitable operations
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of restaurant supervisors and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the central team to develop and implement new initiatives, products, and process improvements
