A leading mining and rental company in Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia is seeking an experienced professional to oversee billing processes, manage commercial contracts, and lead the collections team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years in commercial operations, with proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. This role offers opportunities to improve cash flow and minimize overdue accounts.
Ensure accurate and timely billing processes in compliance with contractual terms.
Oversee invoice generation, verification, and dispute resolution.
Implement automation tools to improve efficiency.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
Monitor contract performance, renewals, and compliance.
Mitigate risks related to contractual obligations.
Lead the collections team to achieve targets and reduce overdue accounts.
Develop strategies to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt.
Handle escalated payment disputes and negotiate payment plans.
Manage and mentor the commercial team (billing, contracts, collections).
Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive process improvements.
Provide regular reports on billing accuracy, collections performance, and contract status.
Ensure adherence to financial policies, legal standards, and company procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in commercial operations, billing, contracts, and collections, preferably in mining or rental companies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
