Management Reporting & Analysis Supervisor

Internusa Jayaabadi Sentosa (IJS) is providing services to many companies across various industries and we are now seeking a Management Reporting & Analysis Supervisor for Jakarta. Below are the qualifications and job details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in management reporting, finance, accounting & data analysis in supervisory roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Able to read, analyze and create comprehensive financial reports.
• Proficient in reporting software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or any other related apps) is a must.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is plus).
• Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on continuous improvement and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
