• Monitor and review day to day activities of site asset team in execution in term of quality assurance process in order to achieve best in class equipment reliability, effective cost and safely.

Job Responsibilities

• Control Maintenance Planner to minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages. Exposure to personnel and environment has been successfully minimized.
• Plan, organize and direct the asset and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective readiness of assets. Asset readiness is proven to be most effective.
• Analyze, evaluate and recommend short and long term Asset Management financial forecasting. Short and long term asset management financial have been forecasted successfully.
• Develop initiative plans and processes which optimize maintenance costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital to ensure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standard that will exceed customer\'s expectation. Product standards exceeded customer\'s expectations.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

  - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 7 years experiences, Previous experience in field of work, with min 2 years experience in a leadership role
• Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
• Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
• Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
• Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
