Job summary

A leading aquaculture company in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Planner to develop maintenance strategies and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include budgeting, team leadership, and project management, with a focus on minimizing downtime. Candidates must be familiar with TMP/Lean methodologies and possess strong analytical skills. This role is based in Cikampek.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Mechanical/Electrical/Maintenance Planner in the manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with TMP/Lean methodologies and OEE.
• Proficient in using RMMS and ERP tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance strategies and predictive/preventive schedules.
• Guide maintenance technicians and manage performance.
• Oversee daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Control maintenance budgets and manage spare parts.
• Coordinate new equipment installations and improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate equipment histories and procedures.
