Job Description

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Monitoring stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Implementing strategies to optimise warehouse workflows and space utilisation.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Collaborating with other departments to support overall operational goals.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Proven experience in forecasting usage and managing critical consumables (fuel, lubricants, tires, spare parts).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing warehouse teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Familiar with HSE standards and safe material handling practices in mining environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Willing to be placed in Halmahera on a roster basis.
