Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years of experience in brand Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or related roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in content creation, campaign management and performance analysis.

Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest influencer marketing trends and platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive KOLs marketing strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard bloggers, influencers, content creators, etc. who are relevant to our target audience and brand values.
  • Build and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with existing KOLs, providing ongoing support, communication, and motivation.
  • Plan, execute, and manage KOLs campaigns, ensuring KOLs have the necessary creative assets, tracking links, and promotional materials.
  • Continuously monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI), and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Implement strategies to improve program performance, including commission structure adjustments, bonus incentives, and A/B testing of creative assets.
  • Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance and present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership team.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in KOLs marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
