Key Account Development Deputy Head – Marketing & Sales

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of key account growth strategies across national and regional markets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Supervise and mentor the Key Account team, ensuring high performance and effective execution.
- Analyze market trends, and competitor activities, and leverage customer insights to provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of proven experience in sales and key account management
- Solid background in the heavy equipment industry
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
- Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 8–10 years of proven experience in Key Account Management / Sales Leadership, preferably in Heavy Equipment Industry or related industries
- Strong track record in managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
