PT. Pan Rama is a leading apparel manufacturer based in Indonesia specializing in Ladies Fashion Apparel. We produce and export premium Woven & Knit ladies fashion apparel to leading brands & specialty stores in the United States & Europe. We currently have an opening in our Solo office for Junior Merchandiser with responsibilities & qualification as follows:

Responsibilities

• Manage an overall buyer/account relationship and be accountable for execution, performance, growth & profitability
• Communicating with buyer regularly for assigned buyer/account and maintaining the relationship
• Developments /SMS to place order with supplier on time and closely monitor to inhouse on time, to ensure meets buyer deadline dates
• Garment costing for development and bulk orders, incl price negotiations & sourcing for order allocations
• Budget costing on ERP system
• Once bulk order conforms, follow up on fit sample approvals and arrange materials on time for production feeding & meet buyer delivery
• Oversee complete order execution – efficient & timely procurement, achieving Planned Cut dates & deliveries
• Problem solving with team for any issue’s (fabric, trims, fits, production, delivery etc)
• Material management and reconciliation to optimize procurement and utilization
• Reviewing line plan and daily output, and voice out if target output
• Shipment planning with Factory and export team

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years experience in apparel manufacturing company exporting to USA / Europe as Merchandiser
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak), with strong communication skills with counterparts in US & Europe
• Diligent, hardworking, analytical, focused, committed and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently to execute the order from placement of orders till final shipment
• Able to lead, manage and motivate a team of 4-5 assistant merchandisers/purchasing/sample md, and monitor their activities to achieve all objectives.
