Position: Junior Legal Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Legal Officer to support our legal and compliance functions. This role is ideal for a law graduate or early-career legal professional who wants to build expertise in property and corporate law while working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and translate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

Assist in handling permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance related to property development.

Conduct legal research on Indonesian laws, especially property, corporate, and investment regulations.

Support senior legal staff in negotiations and contract management.

Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation.

Liaise with notaries, government offices, and external legal partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum).

0–2 years of experience in legal (fresh graduates are welcome).

Knowledge of property law, corporate law, and investment regulations preferred.

Strong analytical and legal research skills.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal).

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
