A leading recruitment firm in Indonesia seeks a full-time Junior Talent Acquisition Officer fluent in Mandarin to support their growth. We are expanding our team and looking for a full-time, onsite (WFO) Jr. Talent Acquisition Officer — Mandarin Speaker to support our rapid growth industry. In this role, you will not only engage with local and Mandarin-speaking candidates, but also collaborate closely with our global teams who primarily communicate in Mandarin. Work closely with the Country Manager and Regional Manager to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
Proactively source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and relevant professional networks.
Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for various roles.
Coordinate the full recruitment process, from shortlisting and scheduling to offer management and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and pipelines to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Proven ability in talent sourcing, networking, and headhunting, especially using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills—capable of influencing stakeholders across levels.
Strong understanding of complex or technical roles; able to assess candidate fit for specialist positions.
Interest or familiarity with the financial services ecosystem, trading, investment products, or capital markets.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies with tight deadlines.
A team player with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with both Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking candidates is a major advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of recruitment experience—preferably from a recruitment agency, broker/trading company, investment firm, or other financial institutions.
Experience in designing sourcing strategies, building talent pools, and managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
A track record of successfully hiring mid- to senior-level roles across different business units.
Familiarity or personal interest in investments, financial instruments, trading platforms, or capital markets is a plus.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and candidate management tools is preferred.
Fluent in English (spoken and written). Mandarin fluency is highly advantageous for sourcing and engaging with Mandarin-speaking talent pools.
