Job Responsibilities

• Manage group activities to create and move deals through the pipeline and achieve company targets
• Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Coordinate effectively with all departments
• Oversee overall sales activities

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (IT background is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (experience in IT companies is a plus)
• Ability to create sales proposals independently or with a team
• Excellent presentation skills (e.g., company profile, solution overview)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Customer-oriented with a proven sales track record (experience with Japanese companies is an advantage)
• Excellent personality, positive attitude, and open-minded
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated
• Disciplined, fast learner, accurate, dynamic, attractive, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (oral and written) is a must
• Japanese language skills are an advantage
• Willing to work in the Jakarta area
