IT Infrastructure & Security Assistant Manager

The IT Infrastructure and Security Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. This role is also responsible for safeguarding the company’s systems, networks, and data by ensuring robust security measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT Infrastructure (server, storage, network environments, data communication, cloud, and backup system)
• Ensure system, network, and data security through effective policies and controls
• Ensure information security and compliance with ISO 27001 through policies, risk assessments, and audits.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure and security team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT security with business needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in IT infrastructure and information security management, with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure (on-premises + cloud), networking, firewalls (IDS/IPS, VPN, Zero Trust), server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiar with cyber security (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls), IoT, and OT Security.
• Knowledge of ERP and GIS integration will be an advantage
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
