Job summary

A leading IT company in Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated Sales professional with at least 3 years of experience in business development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and will be responsible for communicating with clients and analyzing customer needs. This role is based in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, and includes building customer relationships and providing sales reports to management.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
  • 3 years of working experience in sales or business development role, preferably in IT Consultant, Software House (Informatica and Salesforce).
  • Experience in both products and solutions selling. Solutions consulting and technical sales will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to direct collaborative efforts of resources within a large organization, including internal resources, external resources, and other constituent groups as appropriate.
  • Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
  • Willing to work in Daan Mogot - West Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Create awareness for the company.
  • Communicate with clients, build and develop customer relationships.
  • Analyze and identify customer needs and requirements to grow share in existing accounts and/or convert new accounts.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reports (forecasts, analysis, and reviews) to the management team.
  • Acquire the necessary technical competency to hold at least preliminary technical presentations and discussions with customers, to understand and fulfill their needs and requirements with Indocyber products, solutions, and services.
