Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Branch Managers or Relation Managers of the banks allocated to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
  • Prepare production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with the Claims Team for claims settlements.
  • Perform Customer Centricity by being attentive, reliable, and available to customers, in line with current AXA pillars.
  • Ensure compliance by meeting regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
  • Completion of a minimum of Diploma III or a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the current position within an insurance company.
  • Excellent communication and group facilitation skills, with the ability to write and deliver training courses and materials.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative, innovative approach and a focus on Customer Service Excellence.
  • Strong team leadership and time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of general insurance products (retail and commercial).
  • High level of integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Proficiency in marketing media and technologies.
  • Good command of English.
