  • Knowledge of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in this region
  • Ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and deliver results across multiple teams.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Ability to grow in a fluid environment.

As Industry Head, you will lead and coach performing account teams to understand the advertisers' needs and deliver solutions. You will also work with the Sales Leadership team to set objectives and drive the day-to-day operations for the business. You will help the team deliver on goals and partner with clients to exceed business and merchant growth goals across markets and industries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategy to grow Google's presence in Indonesia with focus on sectors like finance tech, E-commerce, telecommunications and media and entertainment.
  • Manage business growth and encourage the utilization of Google as the media channel for the partners. Understand and solve client issues and pursue improvement.
  • Build an advertising business operation capable of providing service to Google’s advertisers and agencies with a collaborative approach. Lead and develop agreements.
  • Manage relationships with a set of stakeholders. Lead business portfolio, operate as an independent contributor or managing teams across various workflows crossing strategy development to business execution.
  • Represent the Google Brand proposition both internally and externally.
