What you'll be getting up to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to optimize various aspects of our gaming platform, including player segmentation, recommendation systems, fraud detection, and risk management.
• Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance player communication channels, such as chatbots and customer support systems.
• Implement reinforcement learning algorithms to improve game AI and optimize player engagement and retention.
• Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and performance analysis to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI-driven features and algorithms.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and gaming technology, and proactively integrate relevant innovations into our products.
• Collaborate with localization teams to ensure that AI-driven features and content are effectively adapted for the Indonesian market and culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms.
• Experience with popular machine learning frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with gaming industry trends, player behaviors, and regulatory requirements, particularly in the Indonesian market, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia(both written and spoken) is required. [Native Speaker]. Must possess professional English communication skills.
