• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Having Experience of 3 years as Comben/Reward Supervisor.
• Proficient in HRIS & payroll systems, calculating employee income tax, BPJSK and BPJSH.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of 3P Compensation Design, Variable Incentive
• Strategy, Job Evaluation, HR policies and labor laws related to compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
