Responsible for recruitment fulfilment and assessment process, including: Sourcing candidates, screening: interview, selection test, onboarding new hire facilities, induction training for new hires.
Analyze and create recruitment report fulfilment aligned with budget approval.
Liaise with job portals, universities and external third parties.
Facilitate & coordinate training classes (offline/online) and maximize the digital learning system.
Responsible as Human Capital business partner for performance management process to boost Company’s performance.
Responsible to implement Annual Performance Evaluation (PA) and monitoring appraisal online system.
