Qualifications

• Certified in Public AK3 (SMK3 Auditor preferred).

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS Program.
• Conduct ergonomic supervision and employee health checks.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for K3 implementation.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health and Environmental Engineer
• Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager at least 3 years’ experience, preferably in the plantations/agribusiness sector is a plus point
• Having leadership in planning management, man/team management, initiative, and responsibility
• Having experience and good skills on implementation and monitoring of EHS Program
• Certified on Public AK3 (SMK3 Auditor prioritize)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Develop, Implement, and Monitoring EHS Program
• Conduct ergonomic supervision, monitoring employee health checks up and sanitation activities in the work environment.
• Implement, Monitoring, and Supervising the activities of the P2K3 emergency response team and their reporting
• Monitoring of waste, wastewater, air emissions and hazardous materials
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations (national and international)
• Conduct internal audits and supervision of all company units.
• Coordinating with external vendors/consultant/DEPNAKER for the implementation of K3
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly report of EHS Programs
