A reputable manufacturing company in Semarang is seeking an experienced HRGA Supervisor. This role requires a strong background in human resources, including recruitment and training, and well-versed knowledge in labor laws. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and excellent leadership skills to manage HR operations effectively. Fluency in English is essential. 1. Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring Psychology/Human Resources or Bachelor degree of Law or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRGA supervisor preferably in manufacture.
3. Proficient in Human Resource concepts, including Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations.
4. Well-versed in labor laws and regulations, including the Employment Law, Job Creation Law, and BPJS.
5. Possesses a strong network and good relationships with government agencies and labor-related organizations.
6. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, including the ability to control, evaluate, organize, and develop successors.
7. Experienced in working with strict targets and deadlines.
8. Proficient in microsoft office
9. Fluency in English is a must.
Job Description:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source high-caliber candidates for various roles within the company
2. Collaborate with department manager to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
3. Lead and manage recruitment team to provide the best candidate to join with our company
4. Ensuring all recruiting and selection process including maintaining databases organizations based on recruitment standards and business needs
5. Oversee HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee records, such as time sheet (attendance, permission and leave).
6. Required for confirming the compensation and benefit database as a payroll source in accordance with the employee's offer letter, internal memo, and other papers relating to changes impacting the employee's compensation and benefit eligibility.
7. Ensuring accurate calculation payroll including wages, deduction, overtime, THR and bonuses, in compliance with company policies and local regulations
8. Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
9. Assisting in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
10. Maintaining accurate employee records and personal data, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
11. Ensuring that work culture and employee attitudes align with the Company Regulations (PP) and procedures in place at the company.
