About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRGA Manager (Hotel) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As the HRGA Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the human resources and general administration strategies for our growing hospitality business. This is a full-time position based in our head office in Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the end-to-end human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and support the overall business strategy

Managing the general administration of the organization, including office management, procurement, and facility maintenance, asset defect etc.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities

Providing strategic insights and recommendations to the leadership team on HR and administrative matters

Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being

Overseeing the payroll and benefits administration for the organization

Ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of HR and administrative data

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR & GA Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis

Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Proven track record of driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and manage multiple tasks

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
