Job summary

An HR consultancy service is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR functions for their head office. This role requires a minimum of 10 years in HR, including 5 years in management, preferably from coal mining industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. The position is based in the Tangerang area and requires full-time office presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources function, with 5 years at a managerial level.
• Previous experiences in Coal Mining companies, especially within Kalimantan sites.
• Proven experience in setting up HR structures and functions, from MPP to KPI.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Human Resources function for Head Office.
• Manage the HR team located on site.
• Communicate closely with top management on company policies, values, and cultures.
• Manage processes of human resources to ensure productive function and organization.
• Handle and manage the GA function for site.
