The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Food company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA General Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- HR (Human Resources)
- Development of salary tables and career advancement plans (based on tools from the parent company).
- Establishment of management tools and workflows, and optimization of role distribution (e.g., SOPs).
- Healthy management and operation of the entire company structure in accordance with labor laws.
- Creation and revision of work rules and various internal regulations.
- Submission and integrated management of payroll data, allowances, social insurance, and employee benefits.
- Management of all employees' personal information.
- Handling inquiries from employees and various government agencies.
- Contact point for matters related to insurance, work-related accidents, incidents, and issues at stores and headquarters.
- Acquisition of OSS certification (for equipment, etc.).
- Building and maintaining smooth relationships with government agencies.
- Support for obtaining necessary qualifications and licenses.
- Other duties also assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Has min 5 years experience as Manager HR/GA and Japanese company experience.
- Willing to work as a team.
- Be able to commute to the office.
