About the role
This full-time HRD Manager position at PT Sinde Budi Sentosa offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the strategic human resources function for this dynamic organisation. Based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent management, succession and HR operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Developing automation within the HR function and creating more efficient, effective, and accurate work processes in collaboration with IT team.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company's business objectives
  • Partnering with managers to provide guidance on people-related matters and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Ensuring the accuracy of employee database and payroll administration
  • Collaborated the employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture
  • Managing the HR team and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services across the organisation
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive organisational change and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Has good experience and skills, especially handle recruitment process, including posting job, screening candidates, interviews, and interpreting psychological test.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the Business Partner and Generalist HR industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws (UU Ciptaker and its supplements), HR best practices and talent management strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Proficient in HR data analysis, experience in HRIS development would be a plus point
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration or a related field
