Job summary

A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an HR Manager to define and implement human resource management strategies. A Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management or related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Generalist, with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in Financial or Outsource Industry.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR (Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Compensation & benefit, Industrial Relations, Payroll, HR Policies & SOP).

Proficiency in payroll systems and HR software.

Solid understanding of Labor Law, BPJS, Outsourcing, contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), PPh21 and company regulations.

Proven leadership skills: able to lead and develop teams, enforce discipline and manage multiple teams in HR Department (In Jakarta and Yogyakarta).

Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

Open-minded, Independent, self-motivated, and passionate in creating HR initiatives and doing execution.

High adaptability, resilience, integrity and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent interpersonal skills and result-driven with ongoing relationship with all levels and departments.

Job Description

Strategically working with the management team in defining the Human Resource Management strategy of the company.

Developing company policy/procedure, business process improvement, and tools related to human resource activities.

Provide HR support and consultation on issues, such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, payroll, employee relations, and people development.

Manage and calculate payroll with HRIS system.

Maintain payroll processing and records, ensuring accurate data input and timely salary transfers.

Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

Coordination with GA team to manage administrative tasks among office staff, including business travel, permit and visa applications, and KITAS.

Assist in preparing the annual office budget, planning expenditures, analysist variances, and making necessary adjustments.
