Responsibilities
  • Expertise in Human Resource Information System (HRIS) & other HR technologies, to manage employee data, automate process & generate reports. This includes in data management, analytics & software like MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Manage HRIS & employee data integrity, ensuring security & accuracy
  • Manages daily HR function such as Time management, Leave management, Employee data & Compliance
  • Supervise day-to-day HR tasks like maintaining records, benefits administration, and supporting payroll, ensuring efficiency
  • Monitoring & implementing policies, improving workflows with tech / data
  • Resolving employee issues, and supporting HR strategy with accurate reporting
  • Oversees HR workflows (onboarding, timekeeping, data management, offboarding) for efficiency & compliance
  • Ensure adherence & labor laws & internal HR policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from any related field
  • Min. 10 years of working experiences in Retail / Warehouse / Operation and business
  • Knowledge in HRIS & compliance
  • Strong in business process
