A recruitment firm in Jakarta Utara is looking for an experienced HR Generalist. You will develop and implement Human Capital strategies, oversee HR operations, and ensure compliance with labour laws. Candidates should have 8-15 years of HR experience, preferably in a Japanese company, and must be fluent in English. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Develop, integrate, and implement Human Capital strategies to maximize employee and organizational effectiveness.
Design, develop, and implement training and development programs to support current needs and future business goals.
Oversee HR operations including HRIS, payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Have a hands-on and good experience in Payroll.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, ethics, and regulatory requirements, including industrial relations/industrial relations
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business strategies.
Manage talent pipelines and employer branding to strengthen recruitment efforts.
Act as a business partner to management, providing HR insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
8-15 years working experience in a similar HR generalist role, previous working experience in Japanese company (must have)
Excellent knowledge in HR generalist field (Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensations & Benefit, employee relations)
A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill, and ability to work independently
Strong leadership skill and have confident for take decision
Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities
Must fluent in English both writing and speaking
Japanese speaker would be an advantage
