Job description
Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with factory operations and business goals.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development for factory staff.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintain updated knowledge of employment laws.

Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement, communication, and conflict resolution.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting in coordination with finance and local authorities.

Lead industrial relations activities, including negotiations with worker unions (if applicable).

Drive safety culture and ensure HR support for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs.

Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align policies and practices.

Analyze HR metrics to support decision-making and improve factory productivity and retention.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Proven track record in managing HR functions in Indonesia, with in-depth knowledge of local labor laws.
  • Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) for effective communication with international stakeholders.
  • Experience in union management and industrial relations is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
