Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, employee records, contracts, payroll support, BPJS & PPh21.
  • Manage office administration and facilities to ensure a comfortable work environment.
  • Maintain student data, academic records, and certificates.
  • Support day-to-day operations, class logistics, and events.
  • Act as the point of contact between management, instructors, and students.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or office/academic administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
