Job summary

A leading healthcare company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the company’s salary structure, incentive schemes, and HR policies.

Supervise and guide the HR Assistant to ensure smooth HR operations.

Handle industrial relations matters and ensure full compliance with labor regulations.

Act as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning and talent development.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from screening to onboarding.

Maintain effective communication between management and employees and support a positive work culture.

Qualifications
