Responsibilities
- Monitor and perform HR administration work including: recruitment and interview; payroll calculation; reporting to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan; managing worker contracts (expiry, renewal or ending); issuing warning, calling, and counseling letters; employment announcements; staff movement and updating staff list; annual leave records and daily office attendance; handling employees' safety matters; monitoring and renewing company regulations upon expiry; monitoring expatriate documentation; managing ISO documentation related to HRD; familiar with SIINAS, LKPM, RKL-RPL reporting; other related HRD activities.
- Collect and provide photocopies for all DOs/Invoices.
- Familiar with basic shipment activities (provide power of attorney to forwarder and approval in CEIZA system, apply Masterlist documents for import needs).
- Monitor the scrap weighing process.
- Assist issuing POs to local and foreign suppliers.
