Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide company-wide leadership and direction on product-engineering security.
2. Develop and socialize a culture of security that prioritizes security across the product-engineering organization.
3. Integrate with risk, compliance, and product-engineering processes in planning and operations.
4. Establish frameworks and guidelines for product engineering security to create or improve processes, including but not limited to security protocols, training, and incident response.
5. Set quarterly themes and prioritize security initiatives aligned with the company's strategic direction.
6. Provide strategic subject matter expertise on product-engineering security.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in active and passive English communication.
2. Strong understanding of organizational dynamics to align and influence various leadership stakeholders.
3. Excellent strategic communication skills, including the ability to advocate for various product-engineering security initiatives.
4. Good understanding of risk management and compliance related to security.
5. Ability to understand organizational priorities and goals to effectively reframe and reprioritize security agendas for maximum adoption.
6. Comprehensive foundational technical knowledge to reason about security issues.
7. At least 5 years of relevant work experience demonstrating understanding of business, operations, engineering, and security.
